feat(i18n): add Korean (ko) translation for the status page (#2278) master

Add a full Korean message catalog (apps/status-page/messages/ko.json, all 139 keys translated from en.json) and register the ko locale in @openstatus/locales (locales list, localeDetails, and date-fns locale). ICU placeholders preserved.
