* feat(dashboard): show entity ids as hover-card references Ids in chat drafts, tool results and audit-log diffs now render as dashed-underline references that open a rich card for the page, monitor, component, report, incident, maintenance, notification or private location. Deleted or inaccessible ids degrade to a "not found" card without Sentry noise. * fix(dashboard): address entity-ref review feedback * docs(dashboard): note private-location card lookup limit
