fix(subscriptions): claim the slack thread anchor atomically master

Two different updates of one event delivered to the same subscriber inside one postMessage round trip both saw no anchor and each posted a root. Claim the anchor with SET NX before posting the root; a loser waits briefly for the winner's root and replies in its thread.
