merge: Remove the module compat-kotlinx-datetime master

All the code has been migrated to :suite. In Kotlin 2.3.0, Instant & Clock are stable, so there are no reasons not to migrate anymore. The module will remain published on MavenCentral for existing users, but it will not be updated anymore. See merge request opensavvy/groundwork/prepared!203
