merge: Enable debug probes on the JVM master

[Debug Probes](https://kotlinlang.org/api/kotlinx.coroutines/kotlinx-coroutines-debug/) make coroutine stacktraces much more clear and easier to debug. Closes #87, #45. See merge request opensavvy/groundwork/prepared!172
