(This is blocked until Prepared uses Kotlin 2.2.0) You can check out the release notes [here](https://github.com/BenWoodworth/Parameterize/releases/tag/v0.4.0), but notably the `Parameter` constructor has been stabilized as part of the API so no longer needs the opt-in. It's also a binary-breaking release, so use your discretion there. It's also source-breaking for anyone who coded against the `Parameter`'s delegate or introspected declared parameters through the configuration. That said, they all have deprecation refactorings, and nothing about typical DSL usage has changed. See merge request opensavvy/groundwork/prepared!152
