merge: First step towards the Unified API master

Creates the Unified API and adapts `:driver-coroutines` to it. This creates a discrepancy between `:driver-coroutines` and `:driver-sync`, which will need to be fixed later. See #129 See merge request opensavvy/ktmongo!259
