merge: Temporarily disable tests for :driver-multiplatform master

There are major problems in the design of `:driver-multiplatform` (see !264) which create friction in the entire project. By disabling tests, we can continue releasing other features while having more time to fix them. See merge request opensavvy/ktmongo!268
