merge: Remove the 'Reference (external)' tab in the documentation website master

That tab existed because the Dokka MkDocs plugin was not ready to be used yet. Now that it is nearing stabilization, having two reference tabs is confusing. Existing links will continue to work. See merge request opensavvy/playgrounds/gradle!169
