Upgrade Sparkle to 2.9.2 and harden update driver isolation master

Sparkle was pinned to the January beta 2.9.0-beta.2; bump to the latest stable 2.9.2, which picks up three stable releases of fixes (including a crash fix and memory-safety guards) and gets the auto-updater off a beta in notarized builds. SPUUserDriver is declared NS_SWIFT_UI_ACTOR (main-actor isolated) as of Sparkle 2.9, so SilentUpdateDriver no longer needs the `nonisolated` + `MainActor.assumeIsolated` boilerplate on every callback. Implement them as plain @MainActor methods and let the compiler enforce isolation; this removes ~16 assumeIsolated trap points that would crash on any off-main delivery. Sparkle ships as a prebuilt binaryTarget (Sparkle.xcframework), so Xcode never emits a dSYM for it into the archive — the archive-dSYM upload in release.sh therefore never covers Sparkle. Its symbols only reached Sentry via a one-off manual bulk upload, so a new Sparkle version would otherwise ship unsymbolicated. Upload the dSYMs bundled inside the xcframework from release.sh so each new Sparkle version symbolicates automatically.
