refine: random placeholder as default, AI suggestion as opt-in hint master

- Branch name field shows random name as placeholder (not empty) - Empty input no longer blocks Create — uses random placeholder - AI suggestion only appears in dim "Auto suggestion:" hint line - User must explicitly click "Use" to adopt the AI suggestion - Add tooltip explaining the on-device AI source for transparency
