Fix BaguaWorkingIndicatorTests after the glyph revert master

Restoring the glyph spinner (b6e8d3f2) removed the dot-grid's `perimeter` / `opacity` / `baseOpacity` members that these tests referenced, breaking the test target's compile (the app target and `make check` don't surface it). Restore the glyph-era test (`frames` + `frame(at:)`) to match the current implementation.
