Eleven LobeHub-sourced CommandIcons SVGs declared width/height="1em", which actool compiles to a ~1x1pt natural size. TabIconImage always forces its own frame so regular views were unaffected, but AppKit- backed menus (e.g. the repo settings Default Agent Profile picker) render label images at their natural size, collapsing those brand icons to a dot. Qwen had the inverse latent bug: no width/height, so its 141pt viewBox became the natural size.
