docs(ai): align Agent Workflows plan with DSL after review round 5 master

Introduce the run-global invocation ordinal for every message/launch execution (activation = waiting invocation), defer run-directory layout in the plan to the DSL spec, align the agents wait wording with the typed observer, neutralize the --role synopsis, and add the V1 action schema table.
