Demo of frontend/backend templates in BackflipHTML #

This project demonstrates that a BackflipHTML template can be rendered on the server and then updated in the DOM after the browser renders.

Currently the dom updates only attributes and only in specific circumstances.

Run in Deno #

From the project root:

deno run --allow-net --allow-read --allow-sys server/index.ts

Run in PHP #

php -S 0.0.0.0:8000 server-php/index.php

Making changes #

This project includes the template sources in templates/ and the compiled outputs so it's ready to run.

If you want to make changes you have to get the BackflipHTML repo from https://github.com/teleclimber/BackflipHTML and build it, and then run the compiler again. Backflip is currently highly experimental, and as of this writing the DX leave much to be desired. Good luck!
