feat: enhance bundling and execution with compression module support master

- Updated the `bundle` function to accept an optional `compressionModules` parameter for runtime-specific compression handling. - Modified the `executePreparedBundle` function to forward `compressionModules` from execution options, ensuring compatibility with runtime environments. - Added type definitions for `CompressionModules` in relevant files to improve type safety and clarity.
