Fix compilation of the `jacquard` crate when compiling without the `api` feature enabled. `serde::de::DeserializeOwned` is used as trait bounds on `AgentSessionExt` methods (e.g. `fetch_record`) which is not gated behind any feature flag, but the import for the `DeserializeOwned` trait was gated behind the `api` feature flag.
