This picks up a couple of important fixes: https://github.com/wez/libssh-rs/commit/5584ba1d9873df48c8fddafdfc20743656c7fdff which includes a libssh fix to compensate for a somewhat nutty symlink(2) syscall parameter order flip that was present in older versions of openssh, but fixed in more recent versions, such as the one now shipped in macos 26. and https://github.com/wez/libssh-rs/commit/9f9e7149602eb93880a39c0c630a40ff61cf06b2 which may or may not be a side effect of the above bump, but we couldn't tell because the windows ci over there stopped running a while back.
