Restructure all multi-column UI onto vidya grid_cols DSL master
Anomaly pair and device breakdown use grid rows instead of pack/ui.columns. Device bar pairs use nested grid_cols. Consumer tests require grid_cols and forbid pack/columns/horizontal_wrapped in production code.
