usage — Vidya I/O gauges for disk & network throughput

Show top process under disk gauges on abnormal I/O master
When disk read/write hits >=80% of the previous gauge scale (and at least 2 MiB/s), latch the top reader/writer process name and local timestamp under that gauge for 45s. Track per-process read_bytes for attribution.
