Tag pushes now also build the desktop egui binary and publish it to tangled.org as a second sh.tangled.repo.artifact record (filename sleek-x86_64-linux) alongside the existing apk, so codegod100/tap's Formula/sleek.rb can download a prebuilt binary instead of building from source on every brew install. - buildScript(): after the apk upload, on a tag push also `buck2 build //:sleek-host` and PUT it to ${uploadBase}/sleek-x86_64-linux. Refactored the release-publish curl into publishStep(filename) and call it once per artifact. - handlePublishRelease / publishTangledArtifact: filename is now a real parameter (still defaults to sleek.apk for the existing single-artifact callers) instead of hardcoded, with content-type resolved per filename (contentTypeForArtifact()). Release records now live at releases/<tag>/<filename>.json, not releases/<tag>.json, so a second artifact's publish doesn't clobber the first's record. - test_worker.mjs: 2 new tests (host binary appears in the tag-push build script as a second build+upload+publish; two artifacts under one tag resolve and record independently by filename).
