Keep profile modal header sticky; prefer boxci for Radicle patches master

Sticky Profile modal header (avatar/name fixed; DID/bio/WHOIS scroll). Cloud agents publish Radicle patches via boxci-github-patch instead of the radicle MCP. Brings this branch up to the GitHub tip relative to current Radicle main.
