feat(ci): add deploy.yml workflow for kubectl-based prod rollout master

Mirrors the riotbyte-com deploy pattern but uses kubectl set image against the KUBECONFIG / K8S_NAMESPACE provisioned by the infra repo for this environment. Validates the tag has matching GHCR images first, then rolls web (init + main containers) and worker to the requested version and waits for rollout to settle.
