Advance the pinned libghostty-vt revision to upstream main. The new revision requires Zig 0.16.0 and adds APIs for detecting and writing through VT stream ground boundaries. Expose the ground-state query and bounded write operation through typed Go methods. Cover already-ground, partial-consumption, unfinished-sequence, and empty-input behavior in tests.
