- use `active` field for repo activeness. `status` is there for reason when repo is not active, so it's open union. - make `active` field optional. It's just boolean flag so it's fine to omit. - rename `repo.repo` to `repo.did` see <https://tangled.org/tangled.org/core/issues/627> - remove maxlength of output list since it isn't affecting anything. - remove `order` since it's ambiguous and reverse ordering can easily break the pagination.
