device-fairphone-fp3: update kernel module name for panel driver master

With Linux 6.19 we now use the upstream panel driver. Update the list of modules to include in initramfs accordingly. Part-of: <https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/8126>
