fix: keep the calculator within the work area so it can't hide behind the taskbar (3.0.4) master

Clamp the window to the current monitor's work area (which excludes the taskbar) on drag-end and when restoring a saved position. When the window overlaps the taskbar it loses the z-order fight on a taskbar click (both are topmost), so keep it out of that region entirely. Restoring an existing over-the-taskbar saved position now pulls the window back above the taskbar on the next launch. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
