appview/pulls: fix stacked resubmits using the wrong source-sha master

the SHA stored on the sh.tangled.repo.pull record was incorrect, causing spindles to report the wrong SHA in pipeline statuses. Signed-off-by: oppiliappan <me@oppi.li>
