docs: M001 complete; expireTokens replaces setClock for refresh scenarios master
Roadmap: M001 done (19-checkpoint scenario PASS), slices S001-S005 checked. Architecture: expireTokens added to the rig (DPoP proofs carry the client iat — server time travel invalidates proofs, not just tokens), zat local-clone pin, gnu.2.36 toolchain quirk.
