Zoom the map out and shrink the GUI scale three steps each master
GUIScale 1.0 -> 0.7, three 0.1 steps down (the step size CommonMenuBar's inc/dec uses). 0.7 is exactly MIN_GUI_SCALE in AbstractClientGUI, so it cannot go lower without a patch. The full weapons and Edge list now fits in the docked unit display. MapZoomIndex 5 -> 2 (0.79x -> 0.50x in BoardView.ZOOM_FACTORS), three steps out. The zoom needed patch 0004, and this also corrects an earlier claim: the previous "index 5" setting never took effect. BoardView writes MapZoomIndex via setZoomIndex() but nothing ever read it back - both zoomIndex and the render `scale` field were hardcoded - so every board opened at 1.00x regardless. The apparent improvement last time was the overlays being hidden, not zoom. Setting zoomIndex alone was still not enough: `scale` is the value actually used for rendering and is only recomputed inside zoom(), which does not run at construction. The patch initialises both, clamped since the value comes from a user-editable settings file. Verified by screenshot: the entire 32x17 board now fits in the viewport.
