`gather` summed gunnery, the LOS modifier and the target's movement, so a stand that ran and a stand that stood still priced their shots the same. The gait now reaches `ShotKey` through the to-hit, so the two no longer share a memo entry. The to-hit is assembled as GATOR - `Gator` and `FixedToHit` in `volley.rs` - rather than as an anonymous running total. `Gait` gains `Jumped` and its values are read out of `Compute.getAttackerMovementModifier` with `javap`.
