SdsClient extends BotClient, shares no code with Princess, and never falls back to it. A decision the bot cannot answer takes an inert default that is ours - stand still, hold fire, first legal hex - and is counted per phase. The cost is a worse bot early; the return is a match log where every order has exactly one possible author.
