This file guessed 5-20 us a query and 6-25 ms a round. It is 0.7-1.5 us and 0.3-0.7 ms, and MegaMek's own is ~100 us. `examples/perf` now measures both the uncached query and a whole round through the cache, so the numbers stay honest. The `los` epic is no longer blocked on `protocol`: every terrain attribute the trace reads is already on the wire. What is not is a building's identity, which is now an item there.
