fix(features)!: measure p_mission_kill as a leg alone, not a leg or death master

The union strictly contained p_kill, so the pair could not be weighted apart: identical on 2506 of 2700 bench candidates, r = +0.989, and lower than p_kill on none. Drops the test asserting the nesting, which was a property of the definition rather than of the game, for one that asserts the two can disagree.
