Five scripts hardcoded AWS_PROFILE=jmm-lance-blue-apply, a name that matches no doc and nothing bootstrap generates. Every doc, and the bootstrap env's aws_config output, use the profile name lance-blue. Following the setup docs left these scripts pointing at a profile that does not exist. Now they default to lance-blue but still honor an AWS_PROFILE already set in the environment.
