fix(unit-rules): a Clan design answers to both spellings of its name master

MegaMek keeps the second name apart - chassis:Loki, clanname:Hellbringer - and MekBay folds it in as chassis="Loki (Hellbringer)". A force from one tool matched nothing in a library indexed the other way, so every Clan unit in it came back missing. Found by generating forces with MekBay's force generator, which is the only thing that produced a .mul this repository had not written. Change-Id: I633a9089897c7d9e03f4447b53c7e3d21df7860a
