sign-in, camo and match-startup move to plan/complete/. All three are shipped with no open item left, which the Done sections now make checkable rather than a judgement: no `- [ ]` anywhere in the file. match-launch, lobby and flare stay put — shipped, with loose ends. The files are archived rather than deleted, and their ids stay valid commit scopes: a follow-up fix to a finished epic is still that epic's commit, and refusing the scope would only push the change under a vaguer one. The hook scans plan/complete/ too, and every link into the three — from other epics, docs/, CLAUDE.md, Cargo.toml and three Rust doc comments — is repointed. site-copy's placeholder list became checkboxes on the way past.
