refactor(web): extract challenge.ts's camo picker to its own module master

camo-picker.ts, factored out with no behavioral change to challenge.ts - the one thing genuinely worth sharing between it and lobby.ts (next commit), unlike the list-rendering pieces both screens deliberately keep duplicated. camo-pick.test.mjs now reads the shared module directly.
