Align the component implementations with the two specs master

- Slider gains the Digital Rust "used" fill in WebKit and Blink: a gradient driven by the bound value replaces the Firefox-only ::-moz-range-progress rule, so the fill tracks the thumb everywhere - Lightbox prev/next buttons run the full press cycle: they lift toward the light on hover and press into the rack on active, relative to their vertical-centring transform - Table headers on /spec and in the accessibility panel use Fatal Error with a 2px Dark Packet rule, plus row hover and no border on the last row; zebra striping stays forbidden - Checkbox is 16px, the Firefox slider thumb is 16px, and both switches and toggles carry a 24px minimum touch target - Scrollbar thumb hovers Daemon Blood, drags surface-active, and sits at a 2px radius; callouts take 1.5rem internal padding; status bars are monospace with per-item padding and a Phantom Current hover only - Wells and editor surfaces sit above the texture overlays, so legibility outranks atmosphere inside them - Colour chips, spec cards and token cards carry :active press states - UiLab: panel titles use Fatal Error, the diff modification tint drops to 10% Dead Thread, tabs take a 2px top radius and a Dark Packet tab border, the status bar uses the mono face - Playground copy drops to 48 languages, the output status bar takes the spec'd top border, and the page passes Prettier again
