Fold playground into /playground route master

- Playground converted to runes mode; highlighter is $state.raw so language changes during init are not dropped - Shiki theme rebuilt as palette-derived: every hex comes from palette.ts (withAlpha for the alpha-suffixed variants) - Sample buffer extracted to src/lib/playground/sample-code.ts - Playground styles scoped into the route; drifted playground tokens deleted in favor of the generated tokens.css
