feat(animation): add response-scaled talking and camera focus master

- Speaking duration now scales with response length (~50 chars/sec) - Duration clamped between 1-30 seconds - Camera zooms in during speaking/working states - Add CameraAnimator for smooth zoom transitions - Add edge case tests for animation timing
