fix: Query aggregate SQL syntax errors and format migration master

- Fix SQL template: where/limit/postfix methods now handle None properly - Add ${limit} placeholder to pq_select template - Migrate aggregate command to use global --format and -o flags - Add guard for empty aggregates (was causing DuckDB error) - Remove --json/--output flags from aggregate CLI command
