feat(cli): refine output formats and add global options master
- Added 'full' display format (YAML paging) - Refined 'wide' format (Rich Panels, indented fields) - Refined 'short' format (Single-line grep-friendly) - Added global --no-progress / -N option - Added --fields option for output customization (+field, -field) - Fixed data handling for wide/full formats
