perf(fsspec): replace recursive iRODSCollecion with GenQuery find() master

- Implement GenQuery-based find() with 87x performance improvement - Add metadata caching for instant info() calls after find() - Add _execute_genquery_paginated() for 360-row pagination - Add queries property and invalidate_cache() method - Update unit tests to mock GenQuery - Add integration tests for semantic correctness - Update documentation for fsspec_integration.md
