Log the landing: PRs #27 and #28 are deployed, operator step cleared master

The deploy went out with CUSTOM_DOMAIN_ALLOWLIST set, so the item-0 operator step is done and the lockout warning stands down. The sign-off band is verified live on jzweifel.dev; its Done entry now cites PR #28. Remaining on Jacob's side: the signOff lexicon republication and, optionally, a valediction in settings.
