Ready the render pipeline for host-based serving master

Three seams the hosted routes need, none of which change what /s serves. resolveSite() given a DID now recovers the handle from the DID document's alsoKnownAs instead of displaying the DID; the page-by-path lookup moves out of the /s route into loadPageView() so any route can serve an authored page; and the article template becomes a SiteArticle component instead of markup owned by one route.
