The Forgejo instance has moved from git.ocjtech.us to git.jcollie.dev, and the published documentation from jeff.ocj.page to jeff.jcollie.page, so the `zig fetch` line in the README and the `git-pages-cli` invocation in the publish job both change over. The remote itself is set to the ssh form; the README deliberately gives the https one, since a reader with no account on the server cannot use the other. The documentation was being published and then not mentioned anywhere, so link it from the top of the README while here. Also bump the flake inputs: nixpkgs to 26.11pre1070592 and zon2nix to 7b9c433.
