An audit against notmuch.h found four copy-paste bugs: removeTag called add_tag, endAtomic called begin_atomic, getChildDirectories called get_child_files, and the module-level compact called compact_db with a path. Forcing analysis of those bodies also showed StatusCallback and ProgressCallback must be function pointers, not bare fn types; none of this was caught because refAllDecls never analyzes uncalled bodies.
