26 tests move out of tests.zig to sit as decl-named tests next to the functions they exercise, so the generated API docs show them as usage examples. Error-path and multi-declaration tests stay in tests.zig. Two tests fully subsumed by the doctests are dropped, and the hasTag/countTags helpers move to testing.zig so both files share them.
