refine: improve test naming and add missing empty line test master

- Rename 'children' prop to 'structure' to avoid shadowing React's built-in - Fix test name accuracy: 'at start of line after empty line' vs 'ON empty line' - Add new test for element-type selection ON the empty line itself (offset 2) - Update test count in summary (now 8 integration tests)
